I agree with Kevin H! The Arizona burrito at Filibertos is absolutely the best. On a few occasions the burrito has been on the salty side but not to the point of where i didn't want to eat it. The Arizona burrito is all I have tried so maybe I should take Sarah R's advice and try the #3.

OMG...I love this place. I would go here every week with my friends in high school and now that I live in Cali when I come back to visit my mom I make sure I make a stop here. The breakfast burritos is my fav...the taco are good too. Rodolfos is good but Filibertos wins.

My favorite place to grab breakfast burritos! When I was feeling particularly gluttonous I would get the meal that came with beans, rice, a cheese enchilada AND a carne asada burrito. I'm a relatively small female and I would annihilate that dish because it was so damn good. They also have the best horchata around. I tried it at Rodolfo's once and it just wasn't as good.

Customer service goes a long way in any business... This business has ZERO! especially the female In the drive through.. I was tempted to drive off prior to paying, but I was hungry. Received my food and it was worse than the service: completely burnt. Yes they gave a refund, but I should have followed my instincts from the beginning with the AWFUL service AND LEFT! WHY IS THIS RESTAURANT STILL EXISTING?? People in Sierra Vista just don't know good Mexican food or service!!! DON'T EVEN EXPERIMENT HERE!!

Usually good quick and tasty. Occasionally they mess up a drive through order. I prefer to go in and make sure the order is placed correctly. Great shrimp burrito, carne asada tacos, and pollo asada tacos. Their beef tacos are pretty good too. The dining area is small, but meets the needs for this small town.

The food is really good, HOWEVER, do not go at lunchtime. The carne asada fries are strange at first (my daughter loves them) but they grow on you. Now I really like them. The female staff is lacking in ordinary customer service skills; no 'thank you'; lots of attitude; beneath them to bother with you, as if you are lucky they work here; check your bag before you leave, they don't seem to like giving you sauces you ask for either. I think they are possibly relatives of the owner. They should review their hiring standards and make some replacements.

Tasty traditional burritos (no beans, rice, or additional filler) from this hole in the wall off Fry Blvd with the typical assortment of other fast food mex side items. The place is a bit dumpy but find the taste is better than the clone across the street even though that one is slightly higher rated....perhaps cause it's a bit less of a dump. Prices are cheap and drive thru is always a plus.

I grew up in San Diego and have done all of the different 'berto's. In some cases we found different locations of the same chain were better than others and even different shifts of the same location. (Roberto's on Convoy and in Ocean Beach late at night usually ruled for Carne Asada burritos or rolled tacos back in the late 70's and early 80's). We've done the comparison with the place across the street and Filberto's came out on top, hands down. We'll certainly do the comparison a couple more times just to make sure it wasn't a fluke but Filberto's just seemed to have an edge when it came to fresh and tasty, a little more originality to the meals. The place across the street was a bit bland on our first visit so round one has certainly gone to Filberto's.

Somehow we managed to drive from South Carolina to Texas to Arizona without having Mexican, so we really needed to find something good in Sierra Vista. Read the reviews and settled on Filiberto's as the best bet. We ordered chimichanga combinations and were not disappointed. The service was prompt for food made to order and the flavor, quality and quantity were top notch. The chicken is not the typical shredded mystery poultry, but was nicely seasoned pieces of breast meat. Can't compare to other local places, but I would have difficulty imagining that you could do too much better than this.

So here's the deal. In this town, you either like Fili's or Rodolfo's better. I'm much more a fan of the latter. So what sealed the deal today? Fili's had rubbery tortillas (one of my peeves!) and their food was incredibly salty. I'm reasonable, and I know this isn't health food at all, but I'm getting thirsty just thinking about it.

This is the most disgusting place I have eaten since I have been to Sierra Vista. The food was given in large portions however it was poor quality and over priced for what it was. My boss and I went there for lunch today and now less than an hour later we are both sick. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The dinning room looks like something out of a Juarez Mexico dive. Seat backs missing and dirty filthy tables.

I've been in town for 4 days and have eaten here twice. I had the carne asada tacos both times & they were awesome. I'm going to try to branch out next time. The last time I thought I'd get some chips & salsa which were ENOURMOUS (and pretty good). I'd recommend it. The nachos are also ridiculous. Go for it.

Comparing SV's mexican resturants to my home town isn't fair but it's not fair for me tonexpect more from a small town in AZ. I guess I had this dream of finding that great little family run Mexican hole in the wall in a small town. And that expectation isn't fair. Maybe this is just not that small town.....yet? With that said, Filibertos is pretty good. It fills you up and has some flavor. The Good Good size menu offering Breakfast burrito's Very good hangover food The Bad Not all incredients tasted fresh to me A bit salty A bit dirty inside and suggest to-go Can be a bit greasy at times. The Ugly No competition. I'm a believer that competition allows restuarants to step it up in which we are the benefactors.

Solid choice. Identical to Rodolfo's across the street, just no freebie salsas. Horchata is a solid choice. They have churros, so +1! Tacos are always hefty and quite good. For 24 hours and fast food, good good.

I only get one thing here, steak and egg breakfast burrito with bacon and potatoes added. I prefer this way over Chipotle. Haven't had much luck with anything else on the menu. Id recommend this over the place across the street, Rudolfos.

Pretty terrible. Possibly the worst Mexican food I've ever bought. Terrible disappointment when you live on the Mexico border, but oh well. I had chicken taco, which were terribly undercooked and greasy. I couldn't even eat them. Not to mention I ordered the meal and only got the tacos. My husband ordered the two Carne Asada burrito meal and only got two burritos not a meal. Plus they charged him way more by ringing it up wrong. The burritos were huge but that's the only positive. The place was crowded and it took forever to get our food. Place was also extremely outdated, broken chairs, dirty tables, peeling paint, etc. Not to mention the disgusting smell or rancid garbage outside. Ugh. Never going back again. I don't care if it is popular with the locals. It's gross!!

Delicious food, sad story. Filibertos is right across the street from Rodolfo's. They are both Mexican places. They both serve the same things at the same price. They are both of the same seed. They are brothers. Much like how Adidas and Puma are companies started by rivaling brothers, so too is Filibertos and Rodolfo's. They say at noon you can see the owner of each shop staring at the other shop through binoculars... watching. Is it the paranoia that makes the food so good? Is it the rivalry that makes the food so cheap? Is it the bitter ambitions of brothers seeking their fathers approval that causes such delicious meals at fat portions with fast cook times? Who knows. Who knows....

I love their carne asada quesadilla. They have good food at cheap prices and are open fairly late. I'm not sure what their hours are but whenever I want it, they are open, so no complaints here!

The place is like most Mexican Fast Food joints, but I wasn't very satisfied here. I ordered a Carne Asada which is pretty hard to get wrong. It's just like other place except for the fact that they fried the pico de gallo with the meat. It didn't taste bad but it didn't taste like pico de gallo.

I eat here at least once a week. My favorites are the shrimp burrito (HUGE with LOADS of SHRIMP) and the pollo asado burrito. They have lots of specials. The Carne Asada Fries are to kill for. Love their tortas as well. This is a great place to eat while on the go, or if you want to grab some breakfast burritos and go home. My wife loves the Texas Burrito.

Best chimichanga I've had in my life! So much food for a great price. The people weren't super friendly or anything but they weren't rude either. My husband had an amazing looking taco, he ate it all so I didn't get a taste but apparently it was good. I will be going back. So glad I found this place. For some reason there's not a lot of great mexican food in Sierra Vista. As a newcomer to the area, I find this very odd. Shouldn't the best mexican food be closest to Mexico? But anyway, Filibertos fills the void when I'm craving mexican food.

Great burritos. Both for breakfast and later meals. Try the Horchata, it's delicious and addictive. I didn't care for the country burrito but love the sausage, adobada, carne azada, and shrimp (camerones) burritos. That said, I really wish we had authentic mexican in town...

Just ok Mexican. I had the taco and enchilada combo. The shredded beef in the taco was flavorful and the highlight of the meal but everything was way over salted. The retried beans were very very soupy and the cheese had a strange texture as maybe artificial. Also, the hot sauce in the squeeze bottled offered when I picked up my meal, was nothing more than pink water. I suppose this is the reason Filiberto's is not nearly as crowded at lunch, as the other fast food Mexican, Rodolfo's, across the street. I will not be back to Filiberto's, but will fight through the crowds and grease smoke, and go to Rodolfo's instead.

Good, quick, Mexican food that's tasty and filling. I'd recommend taking your food to go since the place is a little dingy looking inside. Their burritos are excellent, as well as their tacos (get a combo #3, you won't regret it!). It is a little on the pricey side for just quick Mexican food but it's definitely worth it. They are open 24 hours a day.

Best burritos I've ever had. I got the machaca breakfast burrito and it was AMAZING! If only they had a Filibertos in Washington.... hmm, maybe my father in law can fly some up when he comes to visit :)

Great burritos. Both for breakfast and later meals. Try the Horchata, it's delicious and addictive. I didn't care for the country burrito but love the sausage, adobada, carne azada, and shrimp (camerones) burritos. That said, I really wish we had authentic mexican in town...

Good, quick, Mexican food that's tasty and filling. I'd recommend taking your food to go since the place is a little dingy looking inside. Their burritos are excellent, as well as their tacos (get a combo #3, you won't regret it!). It is a little on the pricey side for just quick Mexican food but it's definitely worth it. They are open 24 hours a day.

Decent burritos for the price. I've had the carne asada, carnitas, and fish burrito. All were large portions and it never went over $6 with added rice and sour cream. Nothing spectacular but it's a great deal for their prices.

In the Rodolfos vs. Filibertos battle... Filibertos wins hands down. The Arizona burrito is fantastic!

I agree with Kevin H! The Arizona burrito at Filibertos is absolutely the best. On a few occasions the burrito has been on the salty side but not to the point of where i didn't want to eat it. The Arizona burrito is all I have tried so maybe I should take Sarah R's advice and try the #3.

OMG...I love this place. I would go here every week with my friends in high school and now that I live in Cali when I come back to visit my mom I make sure I make a stop here. The breakfast burritos is my fav...the taco are good too. Rodolfos is good but Filibertos wins.

My favorite place to grab breakfast burritos! When I was feeling particularly gluttonous I would get the meal that came with beans, rice, a cheese enchilada AND a carne asada burrito. I'm a relatively small female and I would annihilate that dish because it was so damn good. They also have the best horchata around. I tried it at Rodolfo's once and it just wasn't as good.
